These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 479 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the 11th respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed party/ respondent Nos.29 to 31 as the legal representative of the deceased 11th respondent.

2. Mr.P.Kannan Kumar, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed party.

3. Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay of 479 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 11th respondent is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the 11th respondent is set aside and the proposed party viz., the respondent Nos.29 to 31 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 11th respondent and ranked as the respondent Nos.33 to 35 in the appeal.
