PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police 1 to 3, not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of the enquiry in civil dispute pending in between petitioner and 4th respondent herein.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
