These applications have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 1446 days in filing the application for setting aside the abatement caused by the death of the 26th respondent, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed party/ 32nd respondent as the legal representative of the deceased 26th respondent.

2. Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel has entered appearance for the proposed party.

3. Accepting the averments contained in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the delay of 1446 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 26th respondent is condoned, the abatement caused by the death of the 26th respondent is set aside and the proposed party viz., the 32nd respondent is brought on record as legal representative of the deceased 26th respondent and ranked as the respondent No.32 in the appeal.
