The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the act of willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5522 of 2007, dated 12.11.2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has submitted that the order of this Court dated 12.11.2013 has been duly complied with by the respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner also accepted the same.
