This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner 1 and 2, to furnish two sureties out of which one shall be a blood surety in Crl.O.P.No.12539 of 2022 dated 20.06.2022.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, failing which, the petitioner for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed. 21.07.2022 (1/2) ata https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
