PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of certiorari, calling for the records of the Department Circular No.HO/PERS/01/2014 dated 20.01.2014 and the consequent proceedings dated 28.01.2014 bearing Ref:CNRO/Pers/2014 on the file of the 3rd respondent, and to quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and wholly without jurisdiction.

O R D E R
The order dated 28.01.2014 issuing notice to all employees of CNRO is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the premium amount to be paid was enhanced by the National Insurance Company Limited, in the year 2014.

3. On account of efflux of time of about 6 1⁄2 years, the cause did not exist in view of the fact that the premium amount would have been paid by this time and if any other grievance exists for the petitioner, it is left open to him to redress his grievance, in the manner known to law.
With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
