ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the notice has already been sent to the respondent and Tapal returned as "door locked". Further, he submits that the respondent has left India and their whereabouts are not known to the parties.

2. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petition seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
