O R D E R

Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 5.

2. The petitioner, in pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, had participated in the Council for the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions for the year 2016 and he was given Revisional Allotment Order.

3. The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is willing to accept the revisional allotment order and join the institution.

4. Accordingly, the revisional allotment order, in respect of the petitioner, has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, who, in turn, shall handover the same to the writ petitioner.

5. This Court also appreciates the role played by Mr.M.Vijayakumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Anna University / respondents 3 and 5, to enable the petitioner to get the provisional order of allotment in the Engineering College.
