This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of six months imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 30493 of 2022 dated 21.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for more than 5 months and hence, he seeks to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. 1/3

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Cr.O.P.No.30493 of 2022 dated 21.02.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. monthly twice regularly without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
