This petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner/complainant to file an appeal against the judgment made in C.C.No.158 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magistrate Level) Tiruvannamalai.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
3. The learned counsel for the respondent/accused has no serious objection for allowing the petition.
4. On a perusal of the grounds in the appeal this Court finds that there are arguable grounds in the appeal and the respondent/accused has also no objection for allowing this petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave. Accordingly, leave is granted.
5.Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
