Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioners and the second respondent have entered into a compromise and amicably settled their issues in Crime No.21 of 2023 pending on the file of the first respondent and the petition for 482 of Cr.P.C., has become infructuous.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
