The Petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the Respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 506(i) & 313 of IPC in Crime No.21 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner represented that FIR in Cr.No.21 of 2023 was already quashed and the prayer in this Petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
