ORDER

The present civil revision petition is filed by the petitioners against the order dated 30.03.2012 passed in I.A.No.66 of 2012 in O.S.No.8753 of 2010 on the file of the V Additional District & Sessions Court, Fast Track Court, Chennai, to set aside the exparte order dated 26.11.2010 setting the petitioners/defendants 1 to 3 exparte in O.S.No.8753 of 2010.

2. When the civil revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff submitted that the suit in O.S.No.8753 of 2010 is decreed by judgment and decree dated 09.01.2017 and nothing survives in this civil revision petition.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent/plaintiff, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
