Pursuant to the statutory notice issued, the 2nd respondent appeared in person before this Court and submitted that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4704 of 2018 dated 27.03.2024, by issuing G.O.(4D).No.08, Health and Family Welfare (IM2-1) Department, dated 07.08.2025 and further represented that the consequential amounts payable to the petitioners would be paid within a period of three weeks. 2.

Ms.Sneha, learned Special Government Pleader also made a statement that the consequential amounts, pursuant to the order dated 07.08.2025, will be paid within a period of three weeks. She also made a oral request for seeking dispensing with the appearance of the 1st respondent. 3.

Considering the oral request, the appearance of the 1st respondent is dispensed with.

In view of the undertaking given by the 2nd respondent as well as the statement made by learned Special Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed directing the respondents to release the consequential amounts payable to petitioners pursuant to the order dated 07.08.2025 within a period of three weeks from today. In case, if the order is not complied with, it 2/4

is open for the petitioners to seek reopen of the contempt petition. 5.
