8,50,000/-) towards security deposit for the proposed development and security deposit for sewerage treatment plant as contained in the column (iv) and (vi) of the impugned order of the 2nd respondent with respect to the building to be put at proposed constructions of combined BF for blocks A to H & J to M, Block A & B and C & D, stilt floor + 11 floors (264 dus), Block E,F & G - stilt floor + 10 floors (180 dus) Block-H & J - stilt floor + 10 floors(140 dus) Block - L&M-stilt floor + 8 floors + 9th floor part & 10th floor part (192 dus) residential building with 776 dus and Block-K-GF+2 floor club house-Home theater, Gym, & Multipurpose hall, commercial blockGF+1 Floor-Shop, Department Store & Resturant at Shankara Nagar East Main Road in S.No.
143/352 of Pammal Village, Pammal, Chennai by quashing the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant planning permission as sought for in respect of constructions to be put up in the aforesaid property, without insisting upon the demand of security deposit for development as contained in Letter No.C3/2146/2012 dated 26.03.2014 issued by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
