8150/2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para 8(d) of the order dated 30.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8150 of 2021.

2. This Court, vide order dated 30.04.2021, directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

5. Considering the facts the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8150 of 2021. this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police within one week, failing which, the law enforcing agency is directed to secure the accused and remanded to judicial custody.
