Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.05.2018 and pass suitable orders in order to pay the rental arrears of Rs.18,62,000/- from 01.11.2016 to 31.05.2018 and vacate the premises immediately.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pay the rental arrears of Rs.18,62,000/-.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, entire rental arrears of Rs.19,01,592/- (Rupees Nineteen Lakhs One Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety Two only) has been paid to the petitioner. The petitioner has also received the same and given acknowledgement stating that he will not proceed with the writ petition and he has also produced the copy of the same.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that he has received the entire amount.

4. Considering the fact that already entire amount has been paid to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed as no further adjudication is required in this matter . No costs.
