ORDER

This Court had directed the respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the contempt petitioner.

2. When the matter was called, Mr.Abishek Murthy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the contemnor/respondent has produced an order dated 25.08.2025 which has disposed of the representation.

3. As the order has been complied with, though there has been a considerable delay in compliance, I am not inclined to initiate contempt. The Contempt Petition is closed. Needless to add, in case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the order so passed, he can work out his rights in accordance with law.
