Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st to 3rd respondents to hold an enquiry with 5th to 9th respondents in the presence of petitioners along with 4th respondent on the fraudulent document No. 3734 of 2009 dated 02.12.2009, document No. 3720 of 2009 dated 30.11.2009, document No. 3721 of 2009 dated 30.11.2009, document No. 3654 of 2013 dated 07.10.2013 registered before 3rd respondent and consequently direct 2nd respondent to cancel fraudulent documents by taking suitable action on 5th to 9th respondents as per Registration Act. By way of representation dated 19.11.2015, the petitioners made a complaint to respondents 1 to 3 stating that Document No.3734 of 2009 dated 02.12.2009, document No. 3720 of 2009 dated 30.11.2009, document No. 3721 of 2009 dated 30.11.2009 and document No. 3654 of 2013 dated 07.10.2013 were forged documents registered by fraudulent method. This complaint was directed against respondent Nos.5 to 9. As no action is forthcoming on the said complaint, the petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition. Taking note of the complaint of the petitioners dated 19.11.
2015, with regard to the relief sought, which is pending consideration before the respondents, without going into the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent, who is the competent authority, is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity to the petitioners as well as to respondents 5 to 9. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
