The specific allegation is that by indulging in impersonation and using fraudulent means, a power of attorney has been registered in Doc.No.516/B1V/09 dated 23.10.2009 and pursuant to the same, a sale deed was executed in Doc. No.2940/13 dated 27.12.2013. The petitioner made several complaints starting from 26.05.2012 and ending with 29.09.2015. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5.
3.Perusal of the records would show that on receipt of the aforesaid complaints made by the petitioner, the first respondent in Lr.No.41100/U2/2015 dated 30.09.2015 directed the second respondent to conduct an enquiry. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the said enquiry as directed by the first respondent in and by letter dated 30.09.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after due notice to the petitioner as well as the private respondents herein.
