On a perusal of the documents, it appears that an Advocate Commissioner was appointed vide order dated 02.12.2020.

The Advocate Commissioner has also filed his report, dated 04.01.2021, before this Court.

2.Today, when this application was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents/defendants would submit that he has no objection in respect of the report filed by the Advocate Commissioner.
