The prayer made in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to forthwith issue Call Letter to the Petitioner for the Practical Skill / Knowledge Testing-cum-Interview scheduled to be held on 19.02.2014 for Direct Recruitment to the post of Junior Training Officers in the Government Industrial Training Institutes coming under the Tamil Nadu Employment and Training Subordinate Services.
2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
