O R D E R

The writ on hand is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to disconnect the Electricity Service Connection granted in favour of the fourth respondent, which is an Agricultural Service Connection.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the fourth respondent is utilizing the Agricultural Electricity Service Connection for about eight (8) years. Further, it is admitted that Second Appeal Nos.76 and 110 of 2012 are pending before this Court in respect of the Civil disputes between the parties.

3. Under these circumstances, either of the parties are at liberty to initiate all appropriate actions after crystallization of their Civil rights in the Second Appeals, which are pending before this Court. Thus, the petitioner and the other concerned parties are at liberty to submit an application after finalization of the Civil disputes between the parties.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stand disposed of. No costs.
