This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.08.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.358 of 2016 and the same was closed on 29.08.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
