O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in Crime No.351 of 2014, on the file of the first respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that after investigation a final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.311 of 2014. Ultimately, the accused had pleaded guilty and he was convicted and imposed fine.

In view of the above, nothing survives in this Criminal Original petition and the same is closed.
