Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to count the petitioner service as secondary grade teacher from 02.06.1997 to 24.06.2005 for the purpose of pension and extend old pension scheme to the petitioner as per G.O.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 based on the order passed by this Court in the decision reported in 20042-LW-591 along with her regular service from 25.06.2005 onwards. The instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer for issuing a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to count the petitioner service as secondary grade teacher from 02.06.1997 to 24.06.2005 for the purpose of pension and extend old pension scheme to the petitioner as per G.O.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 based on the order passed by 2/6
this Court in the decision reported in 2004-2-LW-591 along with her regular service from 25.06.2005 onwards.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has sent a representation dated 02.01.2024 seeking to count her service as Secondary Grade Teacher from 02.06.1997 to 24.06.2005 for the purpose of pension in line with G.O.No.413 Finance (PGC) Department dated 04.11.2010 and such representation is yet to be considered by the respondents.

At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4 would fairly submit that the petitioner's representation is under the consideration of the 4th respondent and that they need certain documents from the petitioner and as and when the petitioner submit the same, they will dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on records.
5. In view of the above submission, without going into the merits of the 3/6
matter, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to send a letter informing as to the required documents from the petitioner within a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt of the letter, the petitioner is directed to submit the document sought for by the 4th respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the 4th respondent communication. On submission of the documents given by the petitioner, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation and pass order on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a further period of four weeks.
6. In the result, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
