Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been advised to withdraw this petition and seeks a direction from this Court for the expeditious disposal of the suit. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

The trial Court is directed to expedite the disposal of the suit and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
