PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 14.02.2020 and reminder representation dated 09.03.2020 to measure the boundaries bearing Survey Numbers S. No. 271/2 admeasure 420 sq.ft of land which is situated in Bharathi Nagar, Pethanaickenpalayam Taluk, Salem District, belongs to the petitioner as per Revenue Records.

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 14.02.2020, wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the property and to fix the boundaries.

2.Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for survey on 30.11.2020 at 11.00 a.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

at the time of survey along with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed the date for survey, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the entire process strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
