ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief.

2. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of HMOP.No.323 of 2024 on the file of the Family Court, Tiruppur District. As seen from the Civil Revision Petition, the pleadings are complete and HMOP is ripe for trial. According to the petitioner, there is an inordinate delay in the disposal of HMOP.

3. The HMOP is of the year 2024. After giving due consideration to the year of the HMOP, this Court deems it fit to direct the Family Court, Tiruppur District, to dispose of HMOP No.323 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent in this Civil Revision Petition, notice to the respondent is dispensed with by this Court.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
