J U D G E M E N T (Order of the Court was delivered by S.MANIKUMAR, J) On 18.09.2019, we passed the following order. On 13.09.2019 we passed the following order:- As per the direction of this Court, Medical Board, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli, has examined the appellant on 30.08.2019 and suggested surgery for cervical disc disease. However, Ms.G.Selvi George, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that appellant may be permitted to join duty as Forest Guard (Wireless Technician), at Thuraiyur and that he may be permitted to make a representation to the respondent for reconsideration of the decision for transferring the appellant from Tiruchirappalli to Thuraiyur.

2. Appellant is permitted to join duty on 16.09.2019 and shall report before the Forest Range Officer, Thuraiyur. On his reporting duty, Forest Range Officer, Thuraiyur is directed to accept the same.

3. Post on 18.09.2019".

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mrs.G.Selvi George, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the appellant has reported for duty to the Forest Range Officer, Thuraiyur. Though Mrs.G.Selvi George, learned counsel for the appellant sought for permission to make a further representation to the Competent Authority for retransfer to Trichy or in any other place, considering the report of Medical Board, Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Government Hospital, Tiruchirappalli, for the reason that the appellant requires a surgery for cervical disc disease, we direct Mr.P.S.Sivashanmugasundaram, learned Special Government 2/4

Pleader to ascertain as to whether there is any vacancy in the post of Forest Guard (Wireless Technician) in the nearby area.

Reverting, based on the communication in RC No.8373/2018/P2 dated 18.09.2019, Mr. S.Vijay Prashanth, learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests) submitted that appellant has been now appointed as Forest Guard in Park and Zoo, Thiruchirapalli Range. Submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Forests) is placed on record.
