(Order of the Court was made by M.Duraiswamy, J.) Challenging the dismissal of the suit in O.S.No.567 of 2011 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, the plaintiff has filed the above appeal.

2.In the said appeal, the plaintiff sought for an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants from putting up any construction in the suit property. The petitioner has not stated anything about the grant of similar interim injunction by the trial Court during the pendency of the suit. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to grant an order of interim injunction. Accordingly, the petition in C.M.P.No.10090 of 2022 is dismissed.
