This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 4 to 8 from disturbing and 2/4

interfering into the administration of the School namely "Noble Nursery and Primary School" situated at No.15, Venkataramaier Street, Kondithope, Chennai - 600 079, pending disposal of the statutory appeals, except by following due processes of law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that during the pendancy of the writ petition the fifth respondent filed writ petition in W.P.No.15091 of 2022 for the very same relief, in which the petitioner was impleaded as the fifth respondent and compromise was entered into between the parties in the said writ petition.
