A representation was made by the petitioner to the respondents 1 to 3 on 26.10.2015 seeking to transfer the patta https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in his name with respect to the property in Survey No.320/2a2.58 acres with a well, S.No.320/3B-1.09 acres, S.No.340/1B-1.12 acres, S.No.340/2-1.80 acres, S.No.340/3-1.74 acres and S.No.342/1-0.65 acres, Mullikadu Village, Molaiyanur Taraf, Pappireddypatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District. The said representation has been made placing reliance upon the judgment and decree rendered by the Civil Court in O.S.No.152/2011 dated 08.10.2015. As the said representation dated 26.10.2015 is yet to be disposed of, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 26.10.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned.
