This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to pay salary of the petitioner from July, 2013.

2.The petitioner is working as a Secondary Grade Teacher at Panditha Malavia Aided Middle School, Ananthalai. He sought salary for the period of work by his representation and since it was not considered, has filed this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Now it is reported that the amount entitled had already been settled in favour of the petitioner and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
