According to the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed a suit in OS.No.338 of 2009 against the respondent for declaration of title on the file of the District Munsif Court, Attur. In the aforesaid suit, the revision petitioner has filed an application in IA.No.131 of 2014. The said application was dismissed by the court

below. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision before this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the suit in OS.No.338 of 2009 filed by the respondent was dismissed as not pressed on 23.06.2017.

3. Hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition for adjudication, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
