166/11B 12 13 of Karapakkam Village Rajiv Gandhi Road (OMR) Chennai without insisting upon the demand of Rs.72,40,000 towards security deposit for development and sewerage treatment plant as contained in letter No.C3/19137/2012 dated 18.02.2014 issued by the 2nd respondent c) to dispense with the production of the original impugned order of the 2nd respondent in Letter No.C3/19137/2012 dated 18.02.2014.
