This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 11.08.2025 made in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.347 of 2023 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (In the Special Court-I, Court of Small Causes), Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 25 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
