ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute matter pending on the file of Sub Court, Panruti in O.S.No.201/22 in respect of New S.No.218/1 measuring an extent of 1.36 cents at Meliruppu village, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore district.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry has been conducted in CSR No.331 of 2024 and the same has been closed.

4. Even then, the first respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the second respondent.

5. In view of the above, the first respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the

second respondent. At the same time, if any illegality committed by the petitioner or the second respondent, the first respondent is at liberty to take appropriate action as against them in accordance with law.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition petition is disposed of. No costs.
