ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first respondent to complete the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner and to promote him with all seniority, service and monetary benefits and release the petitioner's salary for the temporary suspension period i.e., 26.11.2009 to 25.04.2011 by considering his representation dated 08.04.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that now the disciplinary proceedings is pending as against the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the first respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
