(CRIME NO:354 OF 2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time the condition that (a) the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,10,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand Only) to the credit of Cr.No.354/2019 before the learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai this order . On such deposit being made, the Learned XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai , shall obtain an affidavit of the petitioner succeeding the case the amount of Rs.1,10,000/- deposited by the petitioner to the credit of Cr.NO.354 of 2019 will be returned to the petitioner and after obtaining such affidavit of undertaking from the defacto complainant, shall disburse the said amount to the defacto complainant within a period of two weeks imposed in CRL.OP.NO.30231 of 2019 dated 06.07.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MURUGENDRAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 06.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to comply with the conditions.
