ORDER
This revision petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif/Rent Controller, Poonamallee to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.17 of 2014 expeditiously within a time to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioners in the revision are the petitioners in the R.C.O.P and they claim to be the landlords. The respondent herein is the tenant. The eviction petition was filed on the ground of bonafide requirement for owner's occupation. Initially, an ex parte order came to be passed on 17.06.2014. The same was set aside subsequently by an order made in M.P.No.147 of 2014. Thereafter, counter in the R.C.O.P was filed on 06.10.2015. Within four months thereafter, the present petition came to be filed invoking the power of superintendence of this Court to issue a direction to the Rent Controller to dispose of the R.C.O.P within a time to be fixed by this Court. What steps were taken by the petitioner to get the enquriy in the R.C.O.P going on are not spelt out in the petition.
3. Since the petition has become triable only a few months back, it shall not be proper for this Court to issue a direction as prayed for in this petition.
