On 05.11.2015, the petitioner made representation seeking separate patta after sub division of property to an extent of 0.22.5 cents in Survey No.168/3E1A1C1 situated at 52, Pattipulam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The representation for the above said purpose was made placing reliance upon the final decree passed in O.S.No.593/1987 dated 29.06.2000.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Though the petitioner has sought for a larger prayer, it is the matter to be considered by the second respondent and not by this Court. Thus, suffice it for this Court to direct the second respondent to pass appropriate orders on the pending representation dated 05.11.2015 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing of the petitioner and third parties if any.
