Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondent to pass orders on her representation dated 29.07.2015 and 15.09.2015 by settling all the petitioner's terminal benefits, arrears of salary and medical expenses.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. According to the petitioner, she joined the service of the respondent corporation in the month of June, 2001 as Manager (Audit) and on 05.09.2012, she was terminated from the service alleging that she was shirking her responsibilities and her leave was the cause for extraordinary delay in completion of the accounts.

3. The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that the respondent has not paid the salary of the petitioner from the month of July, 2011 to 5th September, 2012 and also, medical reimbursement of Rs.35,000/- and other terminal benefits have not been disbursed to her till date. Therefore, she made a representations to the respondent on 29.07.2015 and 15.09.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

requesting the respondent to settle of her terminal benefits along with arrears of pay. Since it was not considered favourably, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Heard Mr.Menon Karthik, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Govindaraj, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

5. This Court, considering the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2015 and 15.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

With the above said directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
