The present Contempt Petition has been filed by petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.28102 of 2015 dated 08.12.2015, in and by which, this Court, while disposing of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Criminal Original Petition, directed the respondent to

conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaint as early as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Government Advocate for respondent.

3. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate for respondent submitted that as per the order of this Court, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint was closed. She has also produced a copy of the report before this Court.

4. In view of the above submission that enquiry has been conducted and the complaint itself is closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this Contempt Petition.
