By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and perused the materials available on record.

It is the grievance of the writ petitioner that he is in possession of the property. However, the revenue authorities while computerising the patta, the same has been given in the name of the fourth respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents 1 to 3. Hence, he seeks a direction. 2/4

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.03.2024, after giving an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
