O R D E R

Placing reliance upon the Sale Deed dated 17.07.2008 followed by the Rectification Deed dated 18.09.2008, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 07.10.2015 seeking issuance of patta with respect to the property bearing survey Nos.351/1 and 351/2, Siruvankoor Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Villupuram District. Seeking to expedite the said process, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is hereby directed to dispose of the pending representation dated 07.10.2015, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and third party within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
