The learned Additional Government Pleader is unable to state on account of lack of instruction as what has happened post issuance of notices on 08.11.2016 under Section 7 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

2. We direct respondent No.3 to file an affidavit explaining the process over this period of time and unless the proceedings are concluded and action taken by the next date, he shall remain personally present in Court.

3. The petitioner has also not complied with what was proposed by the petitioner as recorded in paragraphs 4 and 5 of our last order.
