This Court while disposing of the above said Civil Revision Petition on 12.04.2019 directed the trial Court to dispose of the suit in OS.No.10 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of that order. 2.Today, When the matter came up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the Registry that the learned Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur through his letter dated 07.01.2021 has prayed for extension of six months time to dispose of the suit pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur, since the order passed by this Court dated 12.04.2019 has not been complied with, within the time prescribed by this Court. 3.Considering the request made by the learned Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur, this Court is of the view that it is just and proper to give further six months time to dispose of the suit pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur.

4.Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit in OS.No.10 of 2011 pending on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Thiruvallur, in order to comply the order passed by this Court on 12.04.2019. 25.03.2021 lok https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
