The complainant in a private complaint complaining for the offence punishable under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act seeks leave of this Court to file an appeal against the judgment made in S.T.C.No.98 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court Magistrate Level at Tiruvannamalai.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to grant leave to file an appeal.

3. Accordingly, leave to file an appeal is granted as prayed for and the Criminal Original Petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
