Pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 06.12.2019, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the orders of this Court had been complied with and both the writ petitioners have been reinstated in the same School and all their benefits were also paid. The proceedings dated 09.12.2019 and 11.12.2019, was also placed before this Court. The monitory benefits have been paid through ECS payment. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate and taking into account the fact that the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.26120 & 27064 of 2018 dated 12.12.2018, has been complied with, these contempt petitions are closed.

If the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the amount that has been arrived at and paid, it is left open to the petitioners to independently agitate the same in the manner known to law.
